Hi all. At the moment in Graffiti we get the latest poasts on the top and the earlier once further down. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to be able to change that if we wanted so we would get the earlier poasts first. In hotmail for example we can choose if we want the emails to present in asending or desending order so i was wondering if something simmilar could happen in Graffiti as well.
Sometimes is easier reading the question first and after reading the answers.
What do you think?

At first I thought Grafiti was fine the way it was, but now I finally realize what you mean. It's especially hard to read when people write in separate paragraphs in one post, but of course I can't complain about that specifically because I'd probably do that too. But yeah, I agree; there should at least be like a checkbox that would change the display for those who find it easier to read the posts from top to bottom.
i'm fine now, but you can always copy it, and flip it, and oh, I see your point, lol
i am a frequent writer in that section so yes i have to agree it is rather annoying to have to go back to get the whole convo.
I would have to agree with the general camodity. However, a way to do this might be is if you don't particularly like the way it is presented on the site you can have it emailed to you or PM or PQN to you in a different form. So you might select that option from a combo box or something.

If you flipped it, it would be like the boards, not like a graffiti wall. The idea is that older posts fall off the wall as they reach the bottom, and new posts are written at the top.
well, i do understand the logic of what you are saying chris, but surely that is a very visual concept though. most of the people accessing this site are using screen readers and frankly, having the ggaffiti posts displayed the way that they currently are is just inconvenient.
couldn't you at least code things in such a way so that flipping things over was an option, that way, if people wished, they could still treat the boards like a proper graffiti wall, but have the option of making things more logical for those that can't see the screen and whom are being aided by screen readers.
Hmmm I mean I wouldn't mind having it as an option, but yet for me it is important to have the latest stuff on top - because, seriously guys, do you read the real old stuff? I mean not that the old posts aren't good, but I just mean that the latest stuff should be right there so you don't have to look for it very long.
For people who follow grafity often like every day having the new posts on the top is a good idea. But for people like me who we read it from time to time it doesn't make sence. if it was optional everyone would choose what's best.
